Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: August 16, 2026
1. Seller and business-only eligibility
“Booth Conversion” is a commercial name used by NOVARIA SASU, a French simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €1, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIREN 993 976 323, SIRET 993 976 323 00010, with registered office at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France (“NOVARIA”, “we”, “us”).
This service is offered only to businesses and professionals acting for purposes connected with their trade, business, craft or profession. By ordering, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. What you are buying
The Booth Conversion Pack is a digital creative and planning service for one brand, one event, one primary offer and one booth footprint between 4 × 4 and 30 × 30 feet. The standard scope includes:
- one three-second message hierarchy: headline, factual proof line and primary call to action;
- one front-elevation visual concept, clearly identified as a concept and not a production proof;
- one surface-placement map for the stated booth footprint;
- one QR destination and lead-capture specification based on your approved HTTPS URL;
- two follow-up email drafts; and
- one consolidated revision to the selected direction.
Delivery is digital. No physical goods are sold through this order.
3. What is outside scope
The price does not include naming, logo design, a full rebrand, multiple creative directions, unlimited or fragmented revisions, CAD or structural engineering, vendor sourcing, printing, fabrication, freight, customs, installation, event staffing, CRM implementation, media buying or final printer-ready artwork without the selected vendor’s exact technical template.
Any additional work requires a separate written scope and price. Silence, a conversation or an intake note does not expand the purchased scope.
4. Price, payment and order acceptance
The total amount charged by NOVARIA for the pack is EUR 499 as shown immediately before checkout. There is no subscription. Your bank or card issuer may independently apply currency-conversion or cross-border fees; those are not charged or controlled by NOVARIA.
Card payment is processed on Stancer’s hosted payment page. An order is accepted only after Stancer reports the full EUR 499 payment as captured and we receive a complete, eligible intake. We may reject and refund an order before work starts if it is outside scope, unlawful, misleading, technically unusable or creates a conflict of interest.
Invoices and taxes are handled under the rules applicable to NOVARIA and the business customer. Accurate legal-business, billing-country, billing-address and any required business-tax information are collected in the post-payment intake and are required before delivery.
5. Intake and service clock
After payment, you must submit the required intake: contact and business details, event and footprint, intended audience, primary offer, one substantiated proof point, call to action, destination URL, colors and accessible HTTPS links to the assets you are authorized to use.
The service clock starts only after we confirm that the intake is complete, readable, internally consistent and within scope. We target the first concept within three business days after that confirmation. Missing files, inaccessible links, unclear claims, changed requirements or delayed answers pause the clock. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and French public holidays.
6. Revision and customer approvals
One revision means one organized, consolidated set of feedback from one authorized decision-maker on the delivered direction. Feedback must be supplied within five business days. A new offer, audience, event, booth size, identity, design direction or additional surface system is new scope.
You remain responsible for final factual, spelling, legal, regulatory and brand approval. Before production, your printer or fabricator must provide its exact template, bleed, safe-area, color and material requirements and issue a final production proof. Our concept is not that proof.
7. Customer materials, claims and rights
You retain ownership of the materials you provide. You grant NOVARIA a limited license to access, reproduce, adapt and display them only as necessary to perform and administer the service.
You warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary for the logos, photographs, fonts, claims, testimonials, URLs and other materials supplied. You also warrant that all proof points and commercial claims are accurate, current, substantiated and lawful. We may refuse unsupported, deceptive, infringing, hateful or unlawful material.
We will not publicly use your name, logo or deliverables as a case study without your separate permission.
8. Ownership of deliverables
After full payment, you receive the right to use, reproduce and adapt the custom final deliverables created specifically for your order. NOVARIA retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, know-how, systems, templates, code, generic layouts, checklists and reusable production techniques. Embedded third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.
Drafts and rejected directions may not be presented as final NOVARIA work. Fonts, stock assets or other licensed components are not transferred beyond the rights stated by their licensors.
9. Cancellations and refunds
The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. In summary: a full refund is available before work starts; after work starts, any approved refund reflects work already performed; after the first concept is delivered, the core service is generally non-refundable except for our material breach or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. No performance guarantee
We provide a defined creative service, not a guarantee of leads, sales, scans, event traffic, conversion rate, printer output or return on investment. Results also depend on your offer, proof, event, location, traffic, staff, production vendor, implementation and follow-up.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVARIA is not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, event costs, printing or fabrication costs, shipment delays, vendor errors or decisions made from an unapproved concept. NOVARIA’s aggregate liability arising from the pack is limited to the amount you paid for that pack.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
12. Confidentiality and data
Each party will use reasonable care with non-public business information received for the service and will use it only to perform or receive the service, except where disclosure is required by law. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
13. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control. The affected party must notify the other and resume performance when reasonably possible. If such delay makes the service impracticable, either party may end the unperformed portion and any refund will follow the Refund Policy.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving either party of any mandatory protection that legally applies. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute by email. Where a court-selection clause is legally enforceable between businesses, the competent courts of Paris, France have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Changes, severability and contact
The version accepted at checkout governs your order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update the public version for future orders without changing an accepted order retroactively.
